Lucky No. 7 Christmas Draw rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning.

  1. Sponsor. Upleaf Studio, hello@up-leaf-studio.com.
  2. Dates. Starts 12:01 AM US Eastern Time (ET), Friday, October 9, 2026. Ends 11:59 PM ET, Sunday, December 20, 2026. The first entry period runs October 9 to October 18 (first draw Monday, October 19). After that, each week runs Monday 12:01 AM to Sunday 11:59 PM ET.
  3. Who can enter. Legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., aged 18 or older. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Upleaf Studio staff and their households can’t enter.
  4. How to enter. (a) With a purchase: buy the Holiday Planner on up-leaf-studio.com or in our Gumroad store, upleafstudio.gumroad.com (both check out through Gumroad). Each order = 1 entry in that week’s draw. Orders on Etsy or anywhere else are not included. (b) Free: fill in the form on this page with your name and email. 1 free entry per email per week. Free entries and purchase entries go into the same draw with the same chance.
  5. Limits. Up to 1 entry per person per week by each method. Entries made with multiple emails, fake details or automated tools are void. Cancelled, refunded (other than as a prize) or charged-back orders are removed.
  6. Winners. Every Monday, we draw 1 winner for every 7 eligible entries from the previous week, picked at random by computer. Leftover entries (fewer than 7) roll into the next week’s draw. In the final draw on Monday, December 21, 2026, any remaining entries get at least 1 winner. Each person can win once.
  7. Prize. The Holiday Planner web app (approximate retail value US$19.95). Purchase winners get a full refund of the price they paid and keep the planner. Free-entry winners get the planner free with a one-time 100% discount code. No cash alternative.
  8. Telling winners. By email within 2 days of the draw. Refunds are sent through Gumroad within 7 days and usually show in 5–10 business days. With the winner’s permission, their first name and last initial may appear on the winners list.
  9. Odds. About 1 in 7, depending on the number of eligible entries received.
  10. Privacy. Your name and email are used to run the draw and to send you Upleaf Studio emails, with an unsubscribe option in every email. See our privacy policy.
  11. General. This draw is not sponsored, endorsed or run by Gumroad, Meta, Facebook or Instagram. Upleaf Studio may cancel or change the draw if it can’t run as planned, and may disqualify anyone who breaks these rules. Decisions on winners are final.
