Terms of use

These terms cover this website and the Upleaf Studio tools (Holiday Planner, Daily Spend Planner, Paycheck Budget Planner, Seller Books and any future tools). By buying or using a tool you agree to them. We’ve kept them short and plain.

1. Who we are

Upleaf Studio, an independent studio making digital tools. Contact: hello@up-leaf-studio.com.

2. What you buy

  • A personal licence to use the tool for one household (or, for Seller Books, one business), on your own devices.
  • Access for the life of the product, including free updates.
  • If we ever retire a tool, we’ll give at least 90 days’ notice and make sure you can keep a copy of your data.

3. Payments

Purchases on this website are processed by Gumroad, which acts as the seller of record and handles payment and sales tax. Purchases on Etsy are processed by Etsy. Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. There’s no subscription.

4. Please don’t

  • Share, resell or publish your link, unlock code or the tool’s files.
  • Copy, rebrand or redistribute the tool or its design.
  • Try to break, overload or misuse our sync server.

5. Your data

Your planner data is stored on your own device. Optional sync and recovery copies are encrypted on your device before they’re sent, so we can’t read them. You’re responsible for keeping a backup (Settings → backup file). See our privacy policy.

6. Not professional advice

Our tools help you organise your own numbers. They are not financial, tax, accounting or legal advice. Tax summaries in Seller Books are estimates to help you prepare; check with a qualified professional. Shipping dates in the Holiday Planner are carrier recommendations, not guarantees.

7. Our responsibility

We work hard to keep every tool accurate and available, but we provide them “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the tool. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.

8. Refunds

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes won’t take away anything you’ve already paid for.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without affecting any consumer protection you have where you live.
