Our refund policy

Every Upleaf tool has a free demo with example data, so you can see exactly how it works on your own phone or computer before you buy. Because our tools are digital and you get instant access, here’s how refunds work.

You’ll get a full refund if

• It doesn’t work as described on your device and we can’t fix it within 7 days of you contacting us.
• You were charged twice or bought the same tool twice by mistake.
• You never received your files, link or unlock code and we can’t get them to you.

Please ask within 30 days of your purchase.

Change of mind

Because you get the full tool instantly, we don’t usually refund change-of-mind purchases once the tool has been unlocked. That’s why every tool has a free demo. If something about your purchase isn’t right, write to us anyway: we read every message and we’ll be fair.

How to ask for a refund

• Bought on this website: email hello@up-leaf-studio.com with the email address you used at checkout and the tool’s name. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Gumroad, usually within 5–10 business days.
• Bought on Etsy: message UpleafStudio on Etsy. Etsy refunds are processed through Etsy.

Your rights under the consumer laws of your country are not affected by this policy.
